VG-2
The VG-2 stainless steel is characterized by a high level of flexibility. The blade hardness of the steel is approx. 58 HRC. A high proportion of chromium ensures high corrosion resistance. The carbon content is approx. 0.6 - 0.7%.
The blades with VG-2 stainless steel are less hard, so they are not as prone to breakouts. They can be easily re-sanded with medium durability.
