He is handmade in traditional, very high quality, artisan production method - Nanbu Teki - from the best, selected iron ore. The Kamasada forge, well-known among connoisseurs, pays particular attention to the best quality of raw materials and processing. Nanbu Teki makes it possible to produce the world's thinnest and lightest cast iron products with excellent thermal conductivity and thus the best cooking properties and filigree design. You will be delighted by the incomparable taste. Your health will also benefit, because the natural iron of this cookware is known to effectively prevent iron deficiency. Iwate cast iron products are suitable for all types of stoves and even open fires (handles excluded). Ich liebe diesen Topf .

Ich verwende ihn nicht nur zum Servieren, welches immer sehr sehr stilvoll und schön aussieht. Bei unserer offenen Küche ist das ein wunderschöner Hingucker wenn ich live koche.

Der Reis gelingt sehr gut, desweiteren auch eine schöne Polenta, ein Risotto oder Gerichte, die lange köcheln müssen...

Der Topf wird ohne Deckel geliefert. Ich lege dann die Kochkelle quer darüber und decke den Topf mit einem herkömmlichen Deckel.
