Verification of the authenticity of customer reviews (from 22.06.2022, login required)

Every consumer review of products with a publication date after 22.06.2022 is checked for authenticity before publication to ensure that reviews only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the rated products. The review is checked manually by comparing the review with the order history in the merchandise management system in order to make a previous product purchase a necessary condition for publication.



No verification of the authenticity of customer reviews (until 21.06.2022, no login required)


The consumer reviews of products with a publication date before 22.06.2022 were not checked for authenticity before publication. They may therefore also originate from consumers who did not purchase/use the rated products at all
