If you have transferred the invoice amount to our bank account by mistake, please contact us (Tel: 07721-9896-96 or email: service@oryoki.de ) and we will transfer the money back to you. We then ask you to make another transfer to the PayPal bank account. You will find the account information in the e-mails from PayPal relating to the order. Please also contact PayPal customer service (Tel: 0800-7234730) so that any dunning procedure that may have been started can be stopped.
