Please contact your customs office for more information. We are not currently aware of any restrictions on goods from our range in Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs to Switzerland and how is the shipping done?

The costs for shipping to Switzerland can be found here. Shipping is carried out by DHL. Please also note our General Terms and Conditions.

Will I be charged German VAT?

For orders with a billing and delivery address in Switzerland, we do not charge German VAT. You only pay Swiss VAT/import sales tax when you receive your goods. However, the shipping costs are significantly higher than for shipping to Germany.

If you have your goods delivered to an address in Germany and then export them to Switzerland yourself, we will charge VAT as normal.

If you collect your goods, you can present the original invoice to customs when you export them. They will then confirm the export to Switzerland with a customs stamp. If you then send us the original invoice with the export stamp by post with an informal letter, we will refund the VAT to you immediately.

Further information on importing goods into Switzerland can be found on the website of the Federal Customs Administration.

What other costs may be incurred for deliveries to Switzerland?

Further information on the exemption limit and importing goods into Switzerland can be found on the website of the Federal Customs Administration.

Should I have the goods delivered directly to Switzerland or import them myself from Germany?

We cannot give you a firm recommendation as to the most favorable option for you. Please contact the relevant customs offices to find out about the applicable regulations.

However, we can give you the following advice:
If you habitually maintain contact with addresses in Germany and have the possibility of taking goods from there to Switzerland yourself, you can save money by doing so, as shipping to addresses in Germany is considerably cheaper than to Switzerland.

However, you must bear in mind that the costs for customs clearance may exceed the VAT savings. Therefore, please inform yourself comprehensively about the possibilities before placing your order.
