Shipping information
Our logistics partners
Our parcel shipments are sent with DHL (GoGreen - CO2-neutral shipping) and DPD. DHL stands for punctuality and reliability for parcel shipments all over the world. DPD has won several awards as the best postal and courier service. You can track our shipments with a tracking number and thus always have an overview of the status of your order.
Important note: Please make sure that your parcel has no visible transport damage or other defects when you receive it. If this is the case, please report it directly to your DHL parcel carrier.
Notification function
As a large proportion of our goods are handmade one-offs, it is possible that the item may no longer be in stock. You will find the clear identification and an estimated goods receipt in the respective item detail view. In this case, you are welcome to use our notification function so that you are informed about the receipt of goods.
Should there be an unexpected delay, you will be informed immediately by our customer service.
Self-collector
You can also collect your order yourself from our location in Villingen. Please place your order by telephone. Please note our opening hours below or contact us by telephone to arrange a collection date. The address for self-collection is: Schäfersteig 37, 78048 Villingen-Schwenningen in Germany.
Packing station
We will be happy to deliver your parcel to your Packstation. You will find a convenient way to enter your Packstation details when completing your order.
Delivery and shipping costs
DHL/DPD standard shipping:The shipping costs at Oryoki are a flat rate of € 5.70 for orders worth less than € 150 within Germany. For orders over €150, we deliver free of charge within Germany (excluding murals).
DHL Warenpost within Germany:DHL Warenpost for incense sticks & tea shipping: € 2.90
For orders over 150,- € we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Mural shipping:Our shipping costs for wall murals are calculated based on the size of the package and the weight, therefore different shipping costs are incurred for different products, which are calculated and displayed when you place your order.
DHL Express shipping:You can also order from us with DHL Express. Delivery takes place within one working day for orders from Mon - Thu until 12 noon. The shipping costs for express within Germany are a flat rate of €17.50.
