The idea of this series is to express phenomena as they occur during the manufacturing process of porcelain in the design of the vase. Each vase is unique with slight variations. Act/ slope is the pole of tranquility and was painted by hand by an artist. The vases Act/ are best attached to the wall with a small screw (not included).

Ceramic Japan

Ceramic Japan was founded in 1973 in the historic ceramic region of Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. The idea of ceramic japan, to combine first-class product design with traditional craftsmanship, is still the supporting foundation of the manufactory today. Products from ceramic japan are typically a harmonious synergy between design standards and unusual production techniques. At home and abroad, ceramic japan has made a name for itself with its extraordinary products, which are characterized by practical but also artistic qualities. Some of these products are part of the permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa), New York.

All products are unique. Slight deviations from the picture are possible. Due to the artisan production, small irregularities are evidence of authenticity and craftsmanship and do not represent a reduction in value.
