The wood optimally controls moisture. Each container is individually handmade, and the high quality standard of Shibata Yoshinobu Syouten is evident from the very first moment and throughout its long period of use. The drive for these wonderful products stemmed from a passion for high-class woodwork. The Ministry of International Trade and Industry has awarded the workshop's products with the Good Design Award.
