Sake is traditionally consumed from a sake bowl or a sake cup, with the preferred materials being wood and ceramic, including porcelain. The sake cups from the Shusetsu tableware series are crafted in the renowned Arita region, using the distinguished Japanese Arita porcelain. Recognized as the birthplace of Japanese porcelain, Arita is celebrated globally for its exceptional craftsmanship and aesthetic beauty. Furthermore, its designs often set trends in upscale tableware.

Just like other items in the Shusetsu series, these sake cups are a delight to both the eyes and the touch. Their softly textured silver finish exudes a luxurious and authentic feel. Sized and shaped perfectly, they're ideal for serving small portions of green tea, wine, or sake. Each cup has a capacity of approximately 45 ml. Additionally, we offer a matching sake carafe to complement these cups.

Arita porcelain is a generic term for porcelain produced in Arita-cho, Saga Prefecture. It is characterized by both its highest quality and its widely appreciated aesthetics. Arita porcelain is hard and resistant, as white porcelain is admired for its high transparency, which almost gives the feeling of transparency. At the beginning of the Edo era (1616) in Arita was first found the raw material for Arita porcelain.

The tableware series Shusetsu combines natural radiance and elegance in a very special way. Produced with high craftsmanship, the porcelain is timeless in its aesthetics, shines in the modern ambience as well as in comfortably furnished premises.
