Serving platter of the tableware series Sou, Japanese ceramics, stoneware. Very nice, slightly rustic look. The gold glaze is dishwasher safe. Sou is a dinnerware set from Miyazaki, a very famous ceramic brand based in the ceramic stronghold of Toki, Gifu Prefecture. The porcelain from Toki enjoys an excellent reputation in Japan and far beyond. Toki is one of the traditional strongholds of porcelain and ceramic manufacturing in Japan.
