"Buddha Bowl Infinity, white"
Ceramic Japan
Founded in 1973 in the historic ceramic heartland of Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, Ceramic Japan was established with the vision of marrying top-notch product design with traditional craftsmanship. This philosophy remains the cornerstone of the manufactory to this day. Products from Ceramic Japan manifest a harmonious synergy between design ideals and unique production techniques. Internationally, Ceramic Japan is renowned for its exceptional products that stand out not only for their functionality but also for their artistic essence. Several of these iconic creations are part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
Makoto Komatsu
World-renowned designer, Makoto Komatsu, has especially distinguished himself in the realm of ceramic works. Born in Tokyo, he pursued his studies and eventually became a professor at Musashino Art University. With exhibitions spanning cities like Tokyo, Paris, New York, London, Shanghai, Beijing, and Oslo, Makoto has garnered numerous international design awards and is featured in many of the world's leading museums.
All products are unique. Slight deviations from the images are to be expected. Due to the artisanal nature of the production, minor irregularities stand as a testament to the authenticity and craftsmanship, and in no way diminish the value of the product.
