The Traditional series from Naniwa is the ideal entry-level series. Inexpensive and yet of high quality, which is known from Naniwa. The abrasion of these stones is slightly higher if you use them for very hard knife steel. Before sharpening, the stones should be soaked in water for a few minutes. For best results, the stone should be cleaned and flattened regularly.
