The Traditional series from Naniwa is the ideal entry-level series. Inexpensive and yet of high quality, which is known from Naniwa. The abrasion of these stones is slightly higher if you use them for very hard knife steel. Before sharpening, the stones should be soaked in water for a few minutes. For best results, the stone should be cleaned and flattened regularly.

Top, hohe Qualität der Schneide
Das ist mein erster Stein mit einer Körnung von 6000 und ich bin sehr positiv überrascht, mit welcher glänzender Oberfläche die Schneide nach dem schleifen spiegelt.
Das heißt, dass wir hier von höchster schärfe sprechen können, gleitet mit dem Eigengewicht durch Tomaten. Ich kann den Stein jedem weiterempfehlen.
