Very decorative oval serving platter made of high quality glazed stoneware. The plate is made in tradtionell way by a renowned manufactory in Japan. Genuine handmade, each piece is unique. The high manufacturing quality achieves an extraordinary strength and resistance, the elaborately glazed surfaces have a very pleasant feel. Many unique pieces of the manufactory have received design awards and are part of design exhibitions of major international museums. The world-renowned designer, Makoto Komatsu, has made a name for himself in particular with ceramic works. Born in Tokyo, studied and later became a professor at Musashino Art University. Exhibitions in Tokyo, Paris, New York, London, Shanghai, Beijing and Oslo, among others, many international design awards, represented in the major museums of the world.

All products are unique. Slight deviations from the picture are possible. Due to the artisan production, small irregularities are evidence of authenticity and craftsmanship and do not represent a reduction in value.
