He is handmade in traditional, very high quality, artisan production method - Nanbu Teki - from the best, selected iron ore. Nanbu Teki makes it possible to produce the world's thinnest and lightest cast iron products with excellent thermal conductivity and thus the best cooking properties and filigree design. Iwate cast iron products are suitable for all types of stoves and even open fires (handles excluded).
