"Tea gifts: Green tea Gyokuro Kusanagi, Genmaicha 'n' Matcha, Kukicha, organic"
Original Japanese organic green tea Gyokuro Kusanagi, shaded
If there is one type of tea that occupies a special position among Japanese fine green teas, it is Gyokuro. And our Gyokuro Kusanagi is also a real rarity of this extremely fine tea variety. The \"round jade dewdrop\" is shaded, so it is allowed to develop its full strength slowly, in peace and quiet. Shade teas are the most valuable teas, tasty and healthy jewels. The harvest yield is less than 0.5%. The elaborate cultivation method gives Gyokuro its very special properties in terms of taste and its health-promoting effects. Due to the shading, Gyokuro is particularly rich in theanine, the healthy and gentle pick-me-up of green tea. Our tea jewel is characterized by soft, velvety and dark green leaves. The leaf structure is delicate. Bright as the sun in the cup with a slight blue tinge.
Taste and health
Unique. Gyokuro activates the fifth, little-known quality of our sense of taste, umami. At the beginning of the 20th century, a Japanese researcher discovered umami and added another flavor to the tastes of sweet, sour, salty and bitter: savory. Gyokuro therefore tastes savory combined with a mild sweetness and fruity aroma. Gyokuro has a health-promoting effect above all on general well-being, metabolism, kidney functions, concentration and memory, cardiovascular and intestinal functions. It is recommended to drink Gyokuro especially in the morning, before meditation and strenuous activities
Original Japanese organic Genmaicha 'n' Matcha
Brown rice and green tea. Many an eyebrow may go up - but for lovers of Genmaicha, it's a fantastic combination and an incredibly impressive taste experience. A green tea of the Sencha variety that is also very well tolerated and wonderfully warming. The Genmaicha 'n' Matcha is additionally refined with 3% high-quality matcha from Uji, Kyoto. Uji is the most famous region for the cultivation of matcha tea. The organic rice is roasted and puffed to achieve the slightly coffee-like roasted aroma. The sencha in our Genmaicha 'n' Matcha comes from the renowned, small but highly refined Yame cultivation area in Fukuoka Prefecture on the subtropical island of Kyushu in southern Japan. Yame is known for its healthy, almost untouched nature and excellent water.
Taste and health
Sencha is a strong, full-bodied tea. As a genmaicha, however, it is pleasantly mild. The fine roasted aromas are somewhat reminiscent of coffee and harmoniously underline the typical noble, bitter taste with the subtle sweetness of sencha. The matcha it contains enlivens the taste, making this tea even more elegant.
Original Japanese organic kukicha
Kukicha is made from parts of the Sencha tea plant. These are usually the stems. Leaf ribs and stems from high-quality Sencha and Gyokuro make our Kukicha a premium green tea. For tea drinkers who value their health, it is of course also very important that it is an organic tea that is not flavored and is very well tolerated. A tea that can be enjoyed every day without hesitation. It is rich in amino acids and low in caffeine, so it has a calming effect.
Taste and health
Organic kukicha is spicy and has a subtle, tangy taste that does not tend towards bitterness. The aroma is fragrant, which also makes it a nice accompaniment to appropriate meals. Kukicha is particularly appreciated by people who do not tolerate caffeine well, especially as it is rich in minerals and rare trace elements. Kukicha has a health-promoting effect on the metabolism, immune system, hormone and acid-base balance, as acids are neutralized
Suitable for several infusions. Also very tasty as a cold drink.
Note
Tested for radioactivity on export and import. Please store green tea from Japan in a cool place. This way they retain their unique aroma.
