Original Japanese organic Kabusecha (Kabuse-cha), semi-shaded, Japan. This rare tea also comes from a certified organic tea grower. You can achieve an increase in flavor by boiling the water in a genuine Japanese kettle, preferably an Iwachu kettle, and brewing the tea in a Japanese clay teapot (Kyusu) as directed.

Most recently, the tea master was awarded gold at the annual tea processing competition in Shizuoka.
